ACCEPTING DELIVERY 

Important: The customer must be in to accept delivery as the Courier will not leave the delivery with a neighbour, or if a note is left on the door to do so.

Once a delivery date has been confirmed please ensure you can accept delivery, as a signature is required. Whilst we understand customers have other commitments, we politely request that exceptions are made to avoid disappointment.

Failure to keep to the delivery arrangements may result in the delivery being unsuccessful and incur additional charges.

It is important to check the items delivered are fully correct. In the event of items missing or arriving faulty, please report to us immediately (Within 24 hours of accepting delivery) A picture is required for damaged or   faulty items by the manufacturer and helps us resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

·       Customers name, address, mobile number are required (Email address optional)

·       Text Message sent to customer the evening before delivery with a 2-hour time slot

·       Phone call made by ‘AIT’ oon the day of delivery

·       Delivery can be made up to a third floor otherwise a lift will be required

·       If customer accepts a booking date but then cancels the delivery, this will be chargeable. An additional delivery charge will be applied to the customer if an alternative delivery date has been agreed with the customer
